📌 A Note to All Tenants:
Before you moved in, you agreed clearly: this is NOT a family apartment — it is for female students and young female professionals only. It is designed to be a comfortable, peaceful, and study-friendly place for you. These guidelines keep it safe and ideal for learning and working.

👤 VISITORS AND CURFEW
• ❌ No visitor may sleep or stay overnight — NO EXCEPTIONS
• ❌ Male visitors are strictly prohibited at all times
• ⏰ Visitors must leave by 7:30 PM. Curfew: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• ✅ All visitors must sign the logbook inside your unit. Premises monitored by 24/7 CCTV
• ⚠️ If you have child visitors, please do not let them loiter around — keep them inside your unit only so they do not disturb other tenants

🧹 CLEANLINESS
• Keep your unit, veranda, and all inside/outside areas clean at all times
• Dispose of trash properly — help keep our dormitel neat and orderly

🧺 LAUNDRY AREA (at the back)
• Clean up right after use. Always turn off the faucet when done or not in use

💡 EXTERIOR LIGHT
• Turn outside light ON only at night. Please switch it OFF during the day

🔒 SAFETY & IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Always close the main gate when entering or leaving
• Unplug gadgets and appliances when unattended
• Always lock your door. Management is NOT liable for any lost or missing items — please secure your valuables
