Sometimes our life is like the shining moon,
Beautiful and bright in the silent night.
I wish to see it closely very soon,

A Quiet Pain

Sometimes my heart feels heavy,
Like a needle inside my chest.
I try to smile to everyone,
But inside I cannot rest.

People see me laughing,
They think that I am fine.
But deep inside my silent heart,
There is a hidden cry of mine.

The pain is like a shadow,
I do not know where it came from.
It stays with me in quiet nights,
When all the lights are gone.

But I still hope tomorrow,
A small light I will see.
Maybe God will heal my heart,
