The Bing Austria Tribute Night was a success. ❤️
On behalf of everyone who came together for the love of Bing Austria, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are overwhelmed by the love, support, and generosity shown by our music community, friends, and family.
Bashia Grafilo, Angel Gomez Austria, and the entire Austria family are deeply grateful for all the love, kindness, prayers, support, and generosity you have shown during this difficult time. Your presence, donations, messages, and shared memories have brought comfort and strength when they needed it most.
Together, we raised over ₱80,000 plus, a huge help for Bing’s hospital and related expenses. This would not have been possible without all of you.
Special thanks to Emlee Nicart for helping coordinate with the venue and for hosting the tribute night, to Calbs Hotness for the videos, Crisha Binuya for the tribute video, and Esow Bee for the photos (to be posted soon).
Thank you to the entire 70’s Bistro family—Sir July Marcelino, Budeths Casinto, Jo Tay, and the technical team—for opening your home to us and supporting this tribute.
To all the artists and bands who shared their music, time, and hearts for Bing: Shane Cosgrove, Goodleaf, Reggae Mistress, Red Dela Peña, The Sleepyheads with Romeo Lee, Stephen Lu, Mikki Gozon & Heero C Angeles, Nico Ernest Evangelista & Band, Banda ni Meisha Loucel Borres Cantillep, Jeck Pilpil & The Peacepipe, Tropical Depression PH, and High Targets—maraming salamat for honoring Bing through your music.
To Tenten Abella and Tuesday Vargas, Clem Castro, Bunny Liwanag, Rasa Rani and especially Cecil de Jesus and Cliff Pama of Boxwood MNL—thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, generosity, friendship, and for helping keep Bing’s legacy alive through this meaningful tribute.
Special thanks as well to my partner Juan Montel, and to Coffee Industry Kapitolyo, Sugoi Listening Cafe, and Boxwood MNL for their support and belief in this event.
To all our friends, supporters, followers, family members, and everyone who donated, attended, volunteered, shared memories, and gave their time and love—thank you. This event would not have been successful without all of your help, support, and generosity. We truly could not have done this without you.
Last night was proof of how much Bing was loved. Through music, friendship, laughter, and memories, he brought so many people together. His legacy lives on in all of us, and the love shown during this tribute night will never be forgotten.
Special thanks in advance to Jenny Gustilo and Marlon Dela Cruz of Treskul for hosting another Tribute Night for Bing on June 27. We look forward to gathering once again to celebrate Bing’s life, music, and legacy.
For Bing. Always. ❤️
