Most people find water changes to be a tedious part of the hobby. I find it to be quite relaxing.

Species Highlight: The Muzel Tetra 🐟🌿
We’re putting the spotlight on the Muzel Tetra! I’ve been keeping a school of these beauties for about two months now, and they have been an absolutely incredible addition to my Dutch tank. Their vibrant colors and activity levels look stunning against the dense, colorful stem plants.
For the fellow water parameter nerds out there, here is the exact breakdown of the environment they are currently thriving in:

Substrate: Netlea active soil
Baseline pH: 6.6 (Drops to around 5.5 during the photoperiod)
TDS: Maintained at 130 (using LGA GH booster)
KH: Virtually 0-1

If you're looking for a striking, active fish that loves a soft, acidic planted setup, you can't go wrong with the Muzel.
Drop a comment below if you’ve kept them or are planning to add them to your next scape! 👇

Been keeping this tank from being posted the past week as I wanted to see how it will do since its an experimental one. Copied the substrate(pond soil with some scattered nutricaps from Lush Growth Aquatics PH then sand on top) layer and light set up ( two 30 watt fog lights at 6500 kelvin) of MD Fish Tanks I also added some terrestrial plants. Running co2 and an external filter on this too.

The background plants seem to be growing really fast. Waiting on the growth of the carpet.

Let me know in the comments what you think of the set up and who you get inspiration from when you make your tank builds. Keep on scaping! 🪴 🐟
