Scotty’s Boracay is a PADI dive centre located within a luxury 5* resort in the north of Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.
We are seeking an experienced Speed Boat Captain who has a measured, focused and careful approach to their work.
Job Outline
As a Speed Boat Captain, you would be transferring our guests to and from their resort to their water sports activity launch points. This includes diving guests who will be conducting dives around Boracay from our diving speedboats.
Scotty’s Boracay mainly cater to guests staying within the resort. We organise a range of water sports activities for our 5* guests who expect exemplary service and professionalism.
We are seeking someone with integrity who is a self-starter, has the ability to problem-solve and think on their feet.
Scotty’s have a safe, professional and customer orientated set-up, so the successful applicant will be expected to maintain these ethics at all times.
We are open 7 days a week, year-round, with several peak seasons throughout the year.
We typically work an 8-hour day. You can expect a daily rate, paid overtime after 8 hours, government benefit contributions (PagiBig, PhilHealth, SSS), 13th month and incentives.
You must be eligible to work in the Philippines and already hold Filipino citizenship, a spousal visa or a retirement visa to be considered for this role. You need a valid Filipino boat captain license.
