🏃♂️💙 CHUBBY PACE CREW: RUN FOR A CAUSE 2026 💙🏃♀️
There are races that test our endurance, and there are races that remind us why we run in the first place. This is one of those races.
On July 5, 2026, we invite everyone to join Run for a Cause, a community benefit run organized by Chubby Pace Crew in support of Jayren Caleb Lozada, the beloved son of our co-founder, Peejay Lozada, as he courageously battles brain cancer.
As a running community, we have celebrated countless victories together—from personal bests and race finishes to friendships formed on the road. Today, we come together for a much greater purpose: to help one of our own. Jayren’s fight has touched the hearts of our entire Chubby Pace Crew family, and we are calling on the community to stand with him and his family during this challenging journey.
This event is more than a race. It is a movement of compassion, hope, and unity. Every registration fee, every participant, and every step taken on race day will contribute directly to supporting Jayren’s medical treatment and care. Through this run, we hope to ease some of the burden on the Lozada family and remind them that they do not face this battle alone.

⚠️ Please note: Since this is a fundraising event and all proceeds will go directly toward Jayren’s treatment and medical needs, there will be no race kits, finisher medals, or other race giveaways. Our goal is to maximize the amount of support that reaches Jayren and his family. Your registration is not simply an entry fee—it is a donation that brings hope and help to a child in need.
Whether you choose the 5K or 10K category, your participation already makes you a winner because you are running for a purpose greater than yourself.
