Yogi Fair A community of Yoga practitioners, vegans, crafters, musicians, artists, & social artrepreneurs that WHAT IS THE YOGI FAIR? Open drum circle jamming also ensues.

The Yogi Fair is a curated fair showcasing the Yoga lifestyle and Filipino crafts and designs which happens twice a month. It was recently launched last August 25, 2013 at My Little Art Place, in San Juan City. The fair brings out Yoga practitioners out of their yoga mats and local artists out of their studios and into the four walls of My Little Art Place to celebrate all things Yoga and handmade

. It hopes to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle by making the Yoga lifestyle more accessible to the public. It supports local artisans and promotes advocacies on animal rights, buying local products, and the environment to help raise awareness on climate change issues. WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE YOGI FAIR

At the fair you can expect your favorite Filipino meal translated to a vegan or vegetarian form while surrounding yourself with art, paintings, eco-friendly products and other reasonably priced handcrafted creations by experienced and emerging artrepreneurs suitable for a balanced lifestyle. What makes Yogi Fair unique is that it’s the only weekend market in the Metro that promotes the Yoga lifestyle. It hosts Yoga classes for non-practitioners to beginner level and gives free vegetarian cooking demonstrations. FOR MORE INFORMATION

Hellohm again! It has been an exhilarating, empowering and enriching weekend. It was exactly how we envisioned Yogi Fair - a space where we could nourish our bodies, have soulversations with friends and strangers, understand the stories of the products we consume, and be reminded to pause, breathe and fill up our spiritual pantry through music, movement, and meditation.

We send our love and deepest gratitude to all our friends, families, partners, merchants, and over 2,000 guests who participated, collaborated and supported Yogi Fair. This wonderful gathering wouldn’t have been possible without you!

Congratulations! This is just the beginning. Until our next gathering.

Big day for yogis and yoginis tomorrow. A little reminder to everyone. At Yogi Fair, we value camaraderie, compassion, and conservation.

1) Please bring your own eating utensils. Though merchants will provide biodegradable food packaging, let us do our part by utilizing our own utensils.

2) Bring friends and family. There will be free workshops and classes throughout the day. Have fun, have soulversations. 🙂

3) Secure your personal belongings. We are open to the public on open grounds. The management will not be held liable for lost items. However, our information desk will keep a box of lost and found items.

4) Keep hydrated. Despite the water shortage, there will be available potable drinking water stationed for diners. It also helps if you bring in your own water containers.

5) Come in with empty bellies. Support our local vegan food entrepreneurs by having an all-day feast!

6) Lastly, enjoy and Be Present. This 2-day event is a time to free your mind of anxiety and enjoy great vegan food. Leave all woeful vibes behind and learn a multitude of ways from our speakers and entrepreneurs how we can uplift our lifestyles into a more joyful, mindful, zero-waste, compassion-filled life.
