First and foremost, we want to thank you โ from the bottom of our hearts โ for being part of the Bicol Loco Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival.
You showed up with love, energy, and the kind of community spirit we only dreamed of when we started planning this event.

Due to the early culmination of the festival at 3:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM, some of you were unable to fully enjoy what you came for โ and for that, we are deeply sorry.
The late announcement of the schedule adjustment was a lapse on our part, and we fully acknowledge the impact it had, especially on ticket holders who didnโt get to use or scan their passes.
This isnโt the kind of experience we wanted for anyone โ and itโs not the kind of standard we stand for.

We have started processing refunds for those affected. If you were unable to enter or use your ticket on Day 3, please rest assured that our team is actively working on a refund system that is fair, transparent, and client-first.
We are also conducting a full internal review to ensure that clearer communication and smoother festival operations will be guaranteed in the next editions of Bicol Loco. This is not just about fixing what went wrong โ itโs about growing and getting better because you deserve better.
This festival was built not just on celebration, but on trust โ and we want to earn that trust back, one improvement at a time.
