These are the words spoken by the late Senator Benigno Aquino,considered a national hero and father of the incumbent president, his Excellency President Ninoy Aquino.
Such words of bravery have endeared many people and I for one believed indeed,he was a brave man.
In one's life, there would be instances that friendship or family ties are severed.
Questions as to credibility often become a root to destruction.Humors are given more weights rather than facts.
Disunity could be averted if one or many value the wisdom of lendind ears paving way for the truth.
People must remember that there are two sides of the coin.If only one side is favored without giving a chance for the other face to be seen or for the other to be heard,then a possible collission be averted.And coalition for a good thrust befitting and for the welfare of both parties be surely attained rather the other way around.
Is it not that a presumption of innocence must be the guiding principle in the determination of guilt?
Often majority is not always right,and minority is not often wrong.
Hence, in rendering judgement,the lady justice is connoted to be blindfolded,purportedly as not to render biased judgement.A weighing scale is portrayed to give a balanced and sound judgement.
However,when a person is confronted with question as to who is right,the one closest to your heart must at all times be given weight.
Remember,often images blocked the eyes and what the mind fais to see,the heart makes the unseen to be seen.

In creating this page, I was kidded by few associates that I have my eyes on young girls.The one in the profile picture and other young girls are the persons who have access to my facebook and email accounts. I do not mind the joke as I am a widower and a bit not too old to qualify of the adage that old carabaos eat young grass.
I pursue the creation of the " WALKS" as my young daughter is quite fond on ramp modelling- this is my gift of love to my little princess.
Adding it up, is my desire to pave the way for young talented girls in our subdivision who have shown the potentials of having entrepreunal skills which if given the chance may prove their worths.
With this, training costs would be affordable as trainors are not the who's who in the fashion world.
Therefore, it is logical to say, more young gals will have the oppurtunity to be trying their lucks soon, either in the beauty contests or in the ramps....

Ruben Rodriguez Rafols The issues portraying a bad image for the City District Hospital were old time comments and observations by the people, here's my take on it, and my prior post as an affirmation of what really is the need of our Toledoans:
Ruben Rodriguez Rafols I am with you . I share your sentiments regarding those many connotations, that are seemingly creating a bad image for the city and the personnel in the hospital. One of the worst is the " tiwasin " hospital. I was in the medical facility during my bachelorhood days. The place was my favorite hang out, not because I wanted to witness the people who were in pain, rather my attention was caught by those donning the white uniforms, who were the apples of my eyes then. In my post, I told how I could feel the pain and miseries of the medical people, every time they found patients needed to be resuscitated by the use of medical apparatus,which a district hospital is expected to have none.Sometimes I saw in their eyes the feeling of hopelessness and just resigned the fate of the patients to the Almighty, hoping against hope that the patient arrived in time at the hospital in Cebu City, otherwise death was a certainty. Volunteer nurses and midwives for years formed part of the medical personnel then and even until now.No immediate medical administration could be effected to patients needing the use of the medical apparatus, which said facility never had and will never have even years upcoming. Yes, there is truth to a few observations of our people regarding the hospital.and even I was a witness to the same opinion, but let me attest that most regular and volunteer nurses and midwives, were doing the best they could, attending to patients, with great passion and care for them. Let the district hospital be improved but still it has to be coupled with the putting up of a new private hospital , which was long over due to the people of our place. I know the hospital operation, that I even know some medical terms, like endorsements to the next shift and the chartering.I consider the volunteers as the unsung heroes for their services rendered. They were and are only not paid, but often they were and are overworked on days when patients were and are quite a number.So let's commend them rather than condemned.Years in service of the district city hospital was and still the same.It could never be exemplary, considering the budgetary, accounting and auditing restrictions.Therefore, I implore the kind understanding of our people as our wishes for an ideal quality hospital attention, had never been attained by the past rulers, and will always be unrealistically unreachable until now, due to legal restrictions prescribed by the government and auditing laws. ( GAAM ) .
Condemn not the volunteers as well the hospital, rather instead , condemn the lack of a private hospital..

All electors tend to be biased towards favored candidates. .Therefore, different camps try to outwit each other with rhetoric, whoever gives the best shot, gets the upper hand in the psychological warfare.
The initial turnout is quite an advantage for the party who is off to a head start, however this does not affirm a total guarantee, of making first to the finish line.
Between a sitting incumbent and a turn-over aspirant, the former is more subjective to grueling, rather than the latter, as how the affairs of the state been pulled off.
Further, the position of the latter is more to the vantage as it is given the privilege of hitting first, the accomplishments and the non-acted supposed worthwhile endeavors.
But if questions be reverted, the inquisitor becomes the subject of disgruntlement, and be made answerable to, "what if you fill up the shoes of the mayor, what would be your corresponding resolution on the unending comments, on how you go about a project/program, far better than the predecessor .
Could you do better than what they did, and be able to present a detailed and comprehensive feasibility study ensuring a more worthy replacement on the subjective program and or project
While freedom to question is embodied in the Philippine Constitution,would it no be great if there is an exchange of the set up?
Would it not be more challenging and better, that when you do comment, it would be best, if you have the skills perfect to execute, what the previous had taken into.
For a change, would you take the challenge of getting a better answer to anything of question.
Try answering rather than throw comments for the mere sake of it questioning.
Would it be nice, if all tastes a first time, employing the laid down of a better result and satisfied members of the coalition?
Why not try an alien confrontation over the matter,would we not be enjoying a new approach?

Eons ago I first heard then Senator John Henry Osmena, did a rhertorical speech, in Cebuano and in English.
He may not be a lawyer, but oh my, he was really, really a superb orator. With a booming voice echoing in the four corners of the Barba Sports Complex, he had all his audience under his spell. The listening public was seemingly caught enchanted by the mestiso standing at the rostrum, in front of them.
He was magnificent to look up to with a lei adorning his neck which lent color to his glowing skin, and he was definitely vibrant as he knew he had a willing listeners glued to their respective seats.
The more his eyes went aglow, sparkled by the thought that he was in total control of the momentum.
Among his famous and oft- quoted Cebuano idiom was and is "haros kamunggay.".Like a popular Nostradamus he seemed to have seen the outcome. For lo and behold, it went to was predicted.However, he is not a seer but rather is possessed with political skills,honed and polished by the passage of time.
Now, he has used again the same idiom, but is his majic still there considering his advanced age which is the main issue raised by some quarters?
I begin to hear humors, that he is indeed opt to making his wish come true, as he would fight to the last stand not as a loser , but rather a sure winner for him and with his complete slate.
He may be aged but he has aged to perfection, as foretold by his camp.
Is he yet a political threat, definitely yes , for he has the financial resources more than sufficient to bankroll his own funds, even if without financial backing by a political party.
Would it not be logical and wise to wait for his another term before other aspirants try their lucks, thereby saving much for the time he is no longer be around for a confront.
Time to re-think...

I am fully aware that my wish of a non-mudslinging is not realistic as it is indeed part and parcel of the electoral process, and I could not agree less to the opinion of my highly esteemed-good friend, as her's is more of truth, as compared to mine.
Anyway, nothing to lose from my wishful thinking.And I thank her for wakening me up from the world of wonderland. Now, am back from my senses.
My blunder somewhat makes me smile. Thanks to my revered friend, you make my morning.hehe
