📣 Updated Academic Criteria for School Year 2026–2027

DepEd new policy guidelines state the updated standard for the Academic Excellence Award for Grades 4–12.

To qualify, learners must obtain a General Average of 95 and above, with no final grade lower than 85 in any learning area.

This updated guideline strengthens academic standards and promotes consistent excellence across all subjects, recognizing students who demonstrate high and sustained performance.

No more 4 quarters—LPIS is shifting to a Trimester System!

Lala Proper Integrated School (LPIS) will officially transition from a Quarterly to a Trimester School Calendar starting School Year 2026–2027.

Here are the important details of the new calendar:

📌 Term 1 (69 Class Days)
🗓 Start of Term: June 8, 2026
📖 Instructional Block: June 12 – September 1, 2026
✨ Enrichment Block: September 2 – 2026
🏁 End of Term: September 15, 2026

📌 Term 2 (65 Class Days)
🗓 Start of Term: September 16, 2026
📖 Instructional Block: September 16 – December 4, 2026
✨ Enrichment Block: December 7 – 18, 2026
🏁 End of Term: December 18, 2026

📌 Term 3 (67 Class Days)
🗓 Start of Term: January 4, 2027
📖 Instructional Block: January 4 – March 23, 2027
✨ Enrichment Block: March 24 – April 8, 2027
🏁 End of Term: April 8, 2027

🌴 End of School Year Break (EOSY Break):
