To everyone connected with Change Spot, this is to address what happened last Saturday, May 16.

There were incidents involving customers, close friends, and members of our team. I chose not to speak immediately or intervene at first because I believed the situation could be handled professionally and with maturity.

Unfortunately, the situation escalated inside the spot due to internal factors that affected control and judgment, which should not have happened in the establishment.

It is disappointing to see individuals speaking on the matter without being present or fully informed, yet confidently spreading assumptions that do not reflect the facts.
If you were not there, you do not have the full context. Know the facts first.

Change Spot was built on discipline, structure, and respect. We maintain clear standards for everyone inside the space. We have previously removed staff due to attitude, behavioral issues, and violations of house rules. That standard is strict, consistent, and non-negotiable. No position, relationship, or personal connection is above accountability.

Respect goes both ways. You cannot demand respect while disrespecting the spot, the people working behind it, and the community we are trying to build.

Moving forward, professionalism, accountability, and respect are expected from everyone involved — customers, staff, friends, partners, and supporters alike.

We are focused on protecting the atmosphere and vision of Change Spot, and we will continue to do what is necessary to maintain it.
