# 📢 ROS Legacy Alpha Testing – First Batch Starts Today!
We're excited to announce that the **first batch of ROS Legacy Alpha Testing officially begins today** for all **₱3,000 Supporter Package** donors!
As one of our earliest supporters, you'll be among the first to experience ROS Legacy and help shape its future through your feedback and bug reports.
# # 🚀 How to Get Started
To access the Alpha Test, please follow these steps:
1. **Update your Myth Games Launcher to version `8.2.5` or later: https://download.mythgames.net/client/installer/ros/ROSLegacy_Install_20260716.exe**
2. **Log out of the launcher, then log back in (Remember me)** after updating.
3. **Select "ROS Legacy"** from the game selection menu.
4. The launcher should automatically begin downloading the **full ROS Legacy client**.
# # # If the download does not start:
Go to:
**Repair → Full Repair**
This will force the launcher to download the complete ROS Legacy client required for the Alpha Test.
# # 🔒 Device Binding Notice
To help protect the integrity of the Alpha Test, **the first device you use to launch ROS Legacy will be automatically bound to your account**.
Once your account has been bound to a device, **you will not be able to use the same account on another device**.
If you need to change or reset your device binding (for example, if you upgrade your PC or accidentally bind the wrong device), **please contact our Support Team**, and we'll assist you with resetting your device binding.
# # 📅 Upcoming Alpha Testing Batches
The schedules for the remaining Supporter Packages will be announced based on the scalability, stability, and overall results of the current Alpha Test.
* **₱1,000 Supporter Package** – Schedule to be announced.
* **₱500 Supporter Package** – Schedule to be announced.
This phased rollout allows us to monitor server performance, identify issues, and make improvements before inviting more players.
# # ⚠️ Please Expect Bugs
This is an **Alpha Test**, which means the server and many game features are still under active development. You should expect the game to be **extremely buggy** during this phase.
You may encounter:
* Client crashes
* Server instability
* Missing or unfinished features
* Gameplay and balance issues
* Performance problems
* Unexpected bugs and glitches
These issues are expected and are the primary reason we're conducting an Alpha Test.
# # 🐞 Your Feedback Matters
We kindly ask everyone participating in the Alpha Test to report any bugs or issues you encounter. The more details you can provide—including screenshots, videos, and steps to reproduce the issue—the faster we'll be able to identify and fix them.
Your reports and feedback are invaluable in helping us improve ROS Legacy before expanding access to the next Alpha batches.
