The 2nd SIBOL Productions Film Festival is honored to introduce its commendable and esteemed jury panel!!!

REIMUEL MILLAN BISNAR- His filmography highlights his growing influence as a filmmaker, writer, and mentor. His short film “Tipasi” (2025), where he served as writer, producer, and mentor, earned major recognitions including Best Film, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, and Best Production Design at the 1st SALIDA de Oro, and was selected for Nabifilmex 12 and the 3rd Palm City Film Festival Exhibition in Tagum City.

As producer and mentor of “Ang Batong Hindi Ibinato” (2025), he contributed to a film that became a SINEBATA 2025 Winner, earned recognition at the 5th Southeast Asia Video Festival for Children in Bangkok, and was an official selection for the 1st SALIDA de Oro. He also produced and mentored “Gilantaw Ko Ang Wala Na Diay?”, “Daku, Gamay”, and “Unheard”, all official selections of the 10th Sorok Film Festival in Manila (2025). His film “Para Kinsa” (2025), where he served as director, writer, producer, and editor, was an official entry to the 6th CINEGOMA Film Festival in Quezon City and a Best Film Nominee.

Professionally, he has been serving as Teacher II at Pasian National High School since 2017, demonstrating dedication to education and student development. Prior to this, he worked as an Instructor at AMA Computer Learning Center – College of Tagum City, Inc. in 2016, contributing to academic formation in the field of Information Technology.

JOEY JAY S. DORADO- Director of Badok, Dokba, his debut film, which won Best Screenplay and earned multiple nominations, including Best Film, at the 2nd Palm City Film Festival in Tagum City. The film was also selected for the newly established SALIDA de Oro Film Festival, where it received additional nominations.

Director of Tamisa, which received the Special Jury Prize at NABIFILMEX in 2025 and was later selected for both the 3rd Palm City Film Festival—where it garnered further nominations—and the SALIDA de Oro Film Festival. Co-scriptwriter of Kami Sauna, an official selection of the 2024 Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition (NABIFILMEX) and an exhibition title at the Mindanao Film Festival.

KING JAMES M. SALUDARES- He is a passionate educator and emerging filmmaker who currently serves as Teacher III at Tagum City National Comprehensive High School. He is currently pursuing his MAED in Social Studies at Holy Cross of Davao College (2024–present) and previously completed his MAED in English (2018–2020) as well as his BSED in English (2012–2016) at SMCT. He serves as the Adviser of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government at TCNCHS, President of the Division Federated SSLG Advisers in SDO Tagum City, and Protocol Officer of the Regional Federated SSLG Advisers. He teaches Araling Panlipunan 7 and 8 and is also involved in various professional engagements, including writing SLMs in AP during the pandemic, serving as a Strike Team and Standard First Aid Responder in SDRRM, and coaching and officiating Taekwondo in the division. Additionally, he is recognized as an extemporaneous speaker, creative writer, satirist, and essay writer.
