Gomugoks Toy Shop Collecting Page Terms and Condition
1. We only accept 1-day reservation for items without a downpayment. MODE OF PAYMENT.

Your reservation will be automatically canceled once the 1-day period has been reached.
2. For items with a downpayment, we will provide a reservation period in regards to the agreement of both sides.
3. Strictly no cancellation of items once it is already paid, reserved or ready to be shipped.
5. We do not give refunds for a downpayment or for items that are already purchased and delivered.
6. Sh

ipping of items is thru LBC (COP 95), J&T, or Lalamove for nearby areas. The buyer has the right to choose his preferred shipping option.
7. For items that are in MISB or MIB condition, minor paint chips or paint transfer is not considered as an issue hence it is not a ground for a refund. All issues will be disclosed to the buyer for items in loose condition.
8. Dents or bends in the exterior packaging may occur during the shipping process and is by no means a ground for a refund.
9. We do not give free shipping services, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
10. For pick up of items, the buyer should make an appointment for the day of pick up before going to our physical location.
11. For live selling, NO SCREENSHOT NO DM MEANS CANCELED ITEM. Once you confirm your order, a screenshot must be sent to the page or the order will be canceled. Joy dibbers will be automatically listed and will not be accommodated in the future.
12. For wall bidding, BID on the main picture of the post, NO DELETING, CHANGING, or EDITING to lower amount once the auction is closed.
13. For the online raffle, the draw will be conducted once all parties have settled their payment. Slots will be deleted for the bettor who has not been able to settle their payment for the given period once the slots are full. The draw will be conducted via Wheel of Names with the WINNER being the last name left on the wheel.
14. Payments may be sent thru GCASH, BDO, or PALAWAN whichever is available for the buyer. Items will be shipped once full payment has been received.
