The Balon Dagupan Children and Youth Choir was invited by the Department of Agrarian Reform, Ilocos Region to perform the invocation, singing of the National Anthem, and singing of the Pangasinan Hymn dated June 12, 2023 on one of their special program. The event was held at the Provincial Training and Development Center II in Lingayen, Pangasinan.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our Beloved City Mayor, Mayor Belen Fernandez for the continues support to the Balon Dagupan Children and Youth Choir. As well as to the Department of Agrarian Reform, Ilocos Region for the trust and having us performed on their provincial event.
