Made the original video 2 years ago to honor this day and to remind everyone that depression doesnβt have a face.
Someone can look absolutely happy, laugh the loudest, smile for the camera, and seem completely okay β while deep inside, theyβre fighting a battle no one else can see.
Some of these clips were taken on good days. Some on really bad ones. And sometimes, you wouldnβt be able to tell the difference just by looking at me.
So be kind. Check on your people β even the strong ones, the funny ones, the ones who always seem like they have everything together.
You never really know what someone is carrying behind the face they show the world.
And if youβre the one silently fighting today: please stay. π
