‎In line with the celebration of National Arts Month (NAM) 2026, the FMG Cup 2026 brought together aspirants, members, trainers, and coaches for a meaningful day of camaraderie, learning, and celebration, while honoring the enduring legacy of Flora M. Garcia. The event was held on February 13, 2026 at the ULS Convention Hall.

‎One of the highlights was the orientation on University Performing Arts Guild (UPAG) membership, conducted under the guidance of University Culture and Arts (UCA) Director Prof. Jessa S. Buisan, where members and aspirants were introduced to the organization’s mission, opportunities, and future engagements, guiding them as they begin their journey toward active involvement and leadership.

‎The venue then came alive with fun games and talent exchanges that strengthened bonds among members, followed by a boodle fight that celebrated unity and fellowship.

‎More than just a day of activities, the FMG Cup 2026 served as a heartfelt tribute to the legacy of Flora M. Garcia, whose contributions continue to inspire excellence and togetherness within the community.

‎The celebration of National Art’s Month 2026 continued at the University Museum, Kabacan, Cotabato, as the USM B’dadali Dance Troupe took the stage for a spectacular Bamboo Series performance on February 9.
‎
‎The troupe mesmerized the audience with Tinikling, where dancers skillfully stepped between moving bamboo poles; Dumendingan, featuring rhythmic footwork as bamboo poles clashed; and Pangalay, showcasing a daring solo balancing atop bamboo poles.
‎
‎Fun and interactive games also engaged the audience, making the event both entertaining and immersive. Adding to the creative atmosphere, a Dibúho booth was set up, giving visitors the chance to explore and create artistic works, allowing everyone to participate in the celebration of Filipino artistry.

‎The program concluded with a tri-people community dance set to “Indak, Sayaw, Galaw” by Maan Chua, highlighting the rich diversity and unity of the region
