Session 5 is done and my heart is still full.

Hands moving. Breath slowing. The noise of the day quietly fading. This is what creating does to the nervous system. It brings you back to yourself without you even realizing it's happening.

That's what Art Break is about. Not perfection. Not talent. Just you, showing up, and letting the act of creating do what it's always known how to do. Bring you back to yourself.

To everyone who came and created, thank you for trusting the process and this space.

We're doing it again on April 25 and this one's a fundraiser.
More details soon. 🎨

Art Break 5 is March 15 at 2 pm at Te'Amo Cafe. If you've been thinking about going, this is your sign.

Free materials, delicious snacks, and two hours where you actually get to just be yourself without any pressure. Come paint with us.

Art Break, Session Four.

Thank you to everyone who made this afternoon beautiful.

To the participants who showed up to paint, to slow down, to return to yourselves, thank you. You chose to create when you could have chosen a hundred other things. That matters.

To my support staff who made everything run smoothly, thank you. And to the excellent staff of Te'Amo Café. Your care and attention made this space meaningful.

To the friends who came to support, to witness, to be there, thank you. Your presence meant more than you know.

Session 4: complete. Grateful for every single person in the room.
