This piece was inspired by an old picture taken in 2012 and a core memory of mine. While our parents had to work, we spent our day together. She sang Buko and taught me the lyrics and drew anime girls with bangs and big shoes and arms tucked behind because she didn't want to draw the hands (lol). My younger self was so amazed by that I wanted to try it too. In a way, this was probably my artistic awakening (oa ha).

This is to pay homage to my sister(yiiee) who was mostly the reason why I wanted to become an artist. I was also surprised I was able to nail some facial features here because I was not used to painting realistic faces, I was mostly good with pencils. But I'm really proud of this one and I'm happy I'm able to preserve a precious memory of mine in this way☺️.

Also I'll be closing the commission for a while except the digital ones because I'll be very busy this month(ouch)

Good evening, everyone!! I will be adjusting my prices from now on, with the charcoal drawings now starting at 300 pesos per person (considering the materials and labor). Past clients will not be affected of the change but if they do plan to commission again, they will have to pay the current price.
