7. CONTENT RULES
Entries should be fun, positive, entertaining, and respectful.
Videos must NOT contain:

❌ Malicious content
❌ Hate or harassment
❌ Bullying or targeted abuse
❌ Threats or intimidation
❌ Animal cruelty
❌ Deliberate harm or dangerous treatment
❌ Illegal activities
❌ Pornographic or sexually explicit content
❌ Content intended to seriously harm another person's reputation
❌ Stolen or unauthorized videos
YTW reserves the right to remove content that violates the contest rules or applicable laws.

8. HUMAN PARTICIPANTS
If your "pet" or buddy is another person, the contestant should have that person's permission to submit and publicly display the video.
Videos involving children or other vulnerable individuals must be submitted responsibly and must not exploit, endanger, humiliate, or harm them.

9. ANIMAL PARTICIPANTS
Animals must be treated humanely.
Contestants must not intentionally:
- Injure an animal
- Abuse an animal
- Frighten an animal for entertainment
- Force an animal into dangerous situations
- Use harmful substances
- Cause unnecessary distress
The contest is about celebrating companions—not hurting them.

10. VOTING INTEGRITY
Contestants are encouraged to promote their videos and ask people to vote.
However:
- Only legitimate YTW votes count.
- Bots and automated voting are prohibited.
- Fake accounts created for fraudulent voting are prohibited.
- Hacked or manipulated votes are prohibited.
- Fraudulent voting may be removed.
- Serious vote manipulation may result in disqualification.

11. TIE-BREAKER
If contestants finish with exactly the same qualifying vote total, YTW may conduct an additional People's Vote between the tied contestants.
The tie-breaker period and mechanics will be announced when necessary.
