I know what it's like to be on the other side.

I've been a client of lash studios, brow studios, hair salons, and aesthetic clinics. As a customer, I always wanted a smooth, premium experience—from the first inquiry to the actual appointment.

But I noticed that many beauty businesses are overwhelmed with messages, missed inquiries, and time-consuming follow-ups.

That's what inspired me to become a Beauty Funnel Specialist.
