This is my reflection on the invisible violence hidden behind economic growth. Through it, I give form to the lived realities of Filipino factory workers whose labor keeps industries alive, yet whose wages remain insufficient to break free. It also speaks of the monotonous cycle of labor. A relentless routine that gradually numbs the Filipino spirit, reducing dreams, creativity, and individuality to the repetition of survival. The figure is not meant to represent a single individual; it is a collective voice. It is a cry against inequality, contractual insecurity, and a capitalist system that measures human worth by productivity rather than dignity.
