- *SELF-CONTROL*: You pause before reacting. Anger, impulse, ego don’t run the show.
- *RESPONSIBILITY*: You own your choices, good and bad, instead of blaming.
- *PERSPECTIVE*: You see the bigger picture. Small stuff stops feeling like the end of the world.
- *EMPATHY*: You can listen and understand people even when you disagree.

Age can help, but it’s really about how you handle pressure, conflict, and uncertainty.
