Hillsborough Pointe, a 20-hectare residential enclave in the heart of Uptown Cagayan de Oro, blends English countryside design with modern urban living.

Developed by Robinsons Homes in partnership with Pueblo de Oro Township, it was envisioned as a tranquil yet connected community where tree-lined streets and thoughtfully laid-out homes meet the pulse of the city just beyond its gates.

Over the years, Hillsborough Pointe has grown from a promising subdivision into a sought-after address defined by leisure amenities, secure living, and urban ease — a place where daily life feels both grounded and elevated.

On December 3, Xavier University unveiled the 10 Milestones, a historical exhibit along the School of Business and Management hallway at the Main Campus.

A partnership between the XU Development Communication Department and the XU Student Activities and Leadership Development, the launch was graced by key university leaders who emphasized its significance in preserving and celebrating Xavier Ateneo’s heritage.

Designed by Joshua Polizon, the design draws inspiration from the campus’ natural palette aligning with the centennial theme, “Mission Forward: Nurturing Legacies & Serving Communities.”

No matter how we identify, we are all human. We embrace, we cry, we laugh — and most of all, we feel. These are human emotions, no different from anyone else’s. Whether we identify as gay, le***an, trans, q***r, or beyond, we are people who create our own paths and define our own legacies. And certainly, we celebrate both the fearless demeanor and the beautiful identities within the LGBTQ+ community.

Pride Month stands as a global symbol of how far gender diversity and inclusion have come. We raise our colorful banners to speak of confidence, freedom, and beauty. This community has long fought with strength and dignity — and today, we honor those who continue to stand fearlessly for equality.
