1. PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 2026-328 โ confirming the appointment of
Mr. Aeneas Vicente C. Akut as City Government Department Head II (City Civil
Registrar) of the of the Office of the City Civil Registrar, this City, with all rights
and privileges appurtenant thereto.
2. PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 2026-329 โ declaring as operative in its
entirety effective on the date fixed therein Resolution No. 08, Series of 2026, of
the Sangguniang of Kabataan of Barangay Taglimao, this City, covering its
Supplemental Budget No. 1 for CY 2026 with an Estimated Income of
โฑ1,160,877.00.
3. PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 2026-330 โ interposing no objection to the
proposed construction of perimeter fence of Regency Plains Subdivision Phase
III, located in Barangay Iponan, this City, subject to the compliance of laws, rules
and regulations imposed by the City and other agencies
4. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-245 โ appropriating the sum of
โฑ1,483,226.60 from the item: โNon-Office: General Public Services Sector-Special
Purpose Fund-Terminal Leave Benefits/Monetization of Leave Credits (earmarked for Ms.
Evelyn Veronica S. Bombeo, Supervising Administrative Officer, Office of the City Health
Officer)โ in the 2026 Annual Budget, to be made available for the payment of the
terminal leave pay of the herein specified personnel of the Office of the City
Health Officer, this City,
5. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-246 โ appropriating the sum of
โฑ29,771.00 from the savings of the item: โPersonal Services-Salaries and WagesRegular under Item No. 1 (City Government Department Head II) of the Office of the
City Education and Development Officer, this City, for the period January 1-8,
2026โ in the 2026 Annual Budget, to be made available for the payment of the
unpaid salary differential for the period October 2024 to August 2025 of the herein
specified personnel of the Office of the City Education and Development Officer,
this City, due to step increment and salary adjustment,
6. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-247 โ authorizing the City Accountant, this
city, to charge the sum of โฑ18,000.00 to the item: โMaintenance and Other Operating
Expenses (MOOE)-Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses (OMOE) under the Office of
the City Mayor - Social Auxiliary Programs and Services - City Sports and Development
Programโ in the 2026 Annual Budget, to cover payment of the reimbursement of
the Fidelity Bond for CY 2025 of Mr. Albby Cris D. Waga, Officer-In-Charge, City
Sports and Development Commission.
7. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-248 โ authorizing the City Accountant, this
city, to charge the sum of โฑ41,367.18 to the item: โMaintenance and Other Operating
Expenses (MOOE)-Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses (OMOE)โ in the 2026
Annual Budget of the Office of the City Mayor, to cover payment of unpaid actual
services rendered by the herein specified Job Order Personnel of said office for the
period December 2025,
8. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-249 โ authorizing the Honorable City
Mayor Rolando A. Uy, representing the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, to
enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Commission
on Population and Development, Regional Office No. 10 (CPD REGION X),
represented by its Regional Director Niel Aldrin G. Omega, covering the financial grant
of โฑ100,000.00 to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro for winning 3rd Place
under the City Category of the 2025 National Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao
Award (RMSKPA), under the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-250 โ authorizing the Honorable City
Mayor Rolando A. Uy, representing the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, to
enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Commission
on Population and Development (CPD), Regional Office No. 10, represented by its
Regional Director Niel Aldrin G. Omega, covering the financial grant of โฑ75,000.00 to
the City Government of Cagayan de Oro for winning the 1st Place under the City
Category of the 2025 Regional Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao Award
(RMSKPA), under the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
9. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-251 - accepting the offer of the Pueblo
de Oro Development Corporation (Donor), represented by its Vice President &
General Manager, Engr. Chrysler B. Acebu, to turn-over to the City Government
of Cagayan de Oro the road lots, open spaces, and common areas of Bamboo
Lane, located in Barangay Carmen, this City, in accordance with subdivision laws,
rules and regulations; and authorizing the City Mayor to sign the corresponding
Deed of Donation therefor hereto attache
9. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-252 - approving the Preliminary
Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Camp Evangelista Movants
Homeowners Association Subdivision Project, located in Barangay Baikingon,
this City, with an area of 33,468 sq.m., containing 309 lots (under BP 220), as
applied for by Ms. Felisa P. Vasquez; subject to the conditions imposed by the
Office of the City Engineer, Office of the City Planning and Development
Coordinator and the City Housing and Urban Development Department
10. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-252 - approving the Preliminary
Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Camp Evangelista Movants
Homeowners Association Subdivision Project, located in Barangay Baikingon,
this City, with an area of 33,468 sq.m., containing 309 lots (under BP 220), as
applied for by Ms. Felisa P. Vasquez; subject to the conditions imposed by the
Office of the City Engineer, Office of the City Planning and Development
Coordinator and the City Housing and Urban Development Department
11. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-253 โ authorizing the Honorable City
Mayor Rolando A. Uy, representing the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, to
enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the โ
a) Rotary Club of Makati Paseo de Roxas, represented by its President, Rowena
Ruaro; and
b) Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro East Urban, represented by its President,
Stephanie Rosalind P. Caragos,
covering the augmentation and enhancement of facilities, equipment and
operational capacity of the Women and Children Protection Unit (WCPU) of the
J.R. Borja General Hospital, this City, under the terms and conditions stipulated
therein.
12. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2025-0003 โ providing for the Cagayan de Oro
City Comprehensive STI, HIV, and Aids Prevention and Control Program, and for
other purposes
13. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2025-0051 โ requiring Comprehensive
Neurodevelopmental Disorder Training for frontline personnel in shopping malls
or shopping centers within the City of Cagayan de Oro, and for other purposes.
14. PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2026-254 โ designating the herein specified
officials of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro as authorized signatories for
all transactions with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), including their
corresponding levels of authority, and the updating and reactivation of the City
Government Bank Accounts maintained therewith,
15) PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 2026-331 โ congratulating and commending Mr. Kenneth Tan of the Cagayan de Oro Archery Club for winning bronze medal during the 2026 Barebow Asia Championship held in Selangor, Malaysia.
