DAMO NGA SALAMAT, FR. GARIX!

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of FR. EDGAR BADOCDOC ABUCEJO, 48 years old, Parochial Vicar of St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish - Sulat, who went home to the Lord at 1:30 AM on May 8, 2026, following complications from a heart condition.

Fr. Edgar was born on June 16, 1977 and was ordained a priest on August 22, 2004.

With full trust in the Risen Lord, we invite everyone, including his friends and parishioners, and those whose lives he has touched, to remember Fr. Edgar in their prayers.

Details about his wake and funeral will follow.

Eternal rest grant unto the soul of Fr. Edgar, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
