Typhoon Emong in 2025 changed everything for me. It flooded homes, including mine, and left behind not just damage, but a quiet reminder of how fragile life and nature can be.
In the midst of rebuilding, I found myself returning to the shores of La Union. There, I saw both beauty and neglect, beautiful shells scattered among pieces of trash left behind. It made me realize something; we are only meant to take what is given, and in return, we must learn to give back.
Dal-luyon Accessories is born from that realization.
Each piece is handcrafted from shells gathered with care, never taken in excess, always with respect for nature. And with every visit to the beach, I make a promise. Not just to create, but to clean. To leave the shore better than I found it. Hoping that what starts as a simple act will grow into something bigger. Coastal cleanups in the future, shared responsibility, and a deeper love for our environment. The brand advocates the beauty of nature as well as help it.
Because every piece of trash we leave behind doesnโt just disappear, it leaves a scar. One that future generations will carry.
This brand is personal.
This is more than just a business.
This is art.
This is a promise.
This is a reminder.
