From a dated structure to a refined private getaway, this 2-storey rest house renovation reimagines the space into a seamless blend of comfort, leisure, and modern tropical design. Every element was carefully planned to enhance both function and experience—from the upgraded pool area with its inviting deck and lounge zones, to the thoughtfully designed recreation spaces that encourage connection, play, and relaxation.
The project introduces a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, where living areas extend naturally into open spaces—featuring a mini pool, shaded cottages, pet-friendly zones, and a vibrant playground. The second level offers more intimate spaces for rest and privacy, while still maintaining visual and spatial connection to the outdoors.
Material selections, textures, and layout strategies were curated to create a warm, resort-like atmosphere—balancing durability with aesthetics. More than just a renovation, this is a transformation into a personal sanctuary where every corner is meant to be enjoyed—whether for quiet weekends, family gatherings, or entertaining guests.
