Sometimes, the things meant for us don’t return when we chase them endlessly. They return when we finally release them with peace. 🤍
A few weeks ago, I made the difficult decision to cancel my hosting bookings for the rest of the year to prioritize my family, businesses, and the life I’m currently building.
Then unexpectedly, days ago, a bride urgently needed a host after theirs backed out just days before the wedding. Through referrals and mutual connections, my name somehow found its way to them.
And somehow… everything aligned.
After the event, the bride sent me a message I’ll probably keep in my heart for a very long time.
What struck me most wasn’t just the compliment.
It was the reminder.
Maybe some things are not meant to be abandoned completely. Maybe they’re simply meant to return differently: healthier, lighter, more aligned.
Because sometimes, growth is not about choosing one dream over another anymore. Sometimes, it’s about finally learning how to let them coexist peacefully.
And one thing I’m especially grateful for in this season is having the support of my husband through it all. What once felt heavy now feels lighter because we’re learning how to grow through it together. 🤍
So if you’re currently feeling lost or pressured because something seems distant right now… breathe.
Not every pause is the end.
Not every step back means failure.
And not everything meant for you requires force.
Some things return when you’re finally ready to receive them with peace. 🥹🤍
So yes…
Host Rej Mendoza will still see you in your next events. Just this time, with a more aligned heart. ✨
