ATOR paid a courtesy visit to National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Executive Director Mervyn H. Espadero at the Commission’s Central Office in Manila.

During the meeting, the performers were formally presented with Certificates of Appreciation in recognition of their representation of Indigenous Peoples at the International Dance Celebration organized by the International Theatre Institute.

Executive Director Espadero, a proud member of the Ibaloy ethnolinguistic group, hails from La Trinidad, Benguet.
