Itโ€™s a celebration of 30 years of memories, service, and togetherness.

A chance to lace up.
A chance to move.
A chance to remember.
A chance to honor.
And a chance to be together again.

Some people will appreciate your skills.
Some wonโ€™t. Some might even question them.
And thatโ€™s okay. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Kasi at the end of the day, ang talent at skills na meron ka, hindi naman basta-basta nakukuha ng iba.

May mga bagay na pwedeng i-ignore, i-underestimate, or even turn away fromโ€ฆ pero hindi kailanman mananakaw ang galing na pinaghirapan mong buuin. โœจ

Kahit ilang beses kang ma-question, ma-reject, or hindi ma-appreciate ng iba,
your craft will always speak for itself.

And thatโ€™s very you.
You keep building. You keep creating. You keep showing up.
No matter who believes in you, you know what you bring to the table. ๐Ÿซถ

May konting hugot, pero positive pa rin. ๐Ÿ˜‚
Kasi minsan, hindi lahat ng umaalis ay kawalan.. at hindi lahat ng hindi nakakakita ng value mo ay ibig sabihin wala kang value.

Keep doing what you do best, Sir Jojo.
Keep turning ideas into reality.
Keep using the talents that make you YOU. ๐Ÿ’š

Hereโ€™s to more events, bigger dreams, stronger teams, and more reasons to say:

We often see the finish line.

The stage.
The lights.
The banners.
The race kits.
The crowd.
The smiles.
The celebration.

But behind every event is a group of people who showed up long before the doors opened, and stayed until everything was done.

There are the marshals who guide every participant and make sure everyone gets where they need to be.

There are the registration teams who welcome people, answer questions, and keep things moving even when the lines get long.

There are the production teams working behind the scenes, making sure the sound, lights, structures, and little details come together.

There are the coordinators solving problems quietly before most people even notice there was a problem.

There are the suppliers, partners, volunteers, runners, staff, and countless other people whose work may never be seen by the crowd, but without them, the event simply would not happen.

And then there is the core team.

Not because they are more important than everyone else.

But because an event is a collective effort.

Everyone has a role.
Everyone carries a responsibility.
Everyone contributes something.

And sometimes, in the middle of all the deadlines, pressure, revisions, last-minute changes, and long hours, we forget something very simple:

We are all growing together.

Someone teaches us something.

Someone gives us a chance.

Someone helps us when we are struggling.

Someone trusts us with a responsibility we have never handled before.

Someone makes a mistakeโ€”and learns from it.

Someone steps up when things don't go according to plan.

And sometimes, we become the person who helps someone else.

That is one of the things we value most about events.

They don't just bring people together for one day.

They create opportunities for people to learn, contribute, support one another, and grow.

The ID may show a role.

MARSHAL.
CORE TEAM.
STAFF.
VOLUNTEER.
PRODUCTION.

But behind every ID is a person.

A person who gave their time.
A person who took responsibility.
A person who showed up.
A person who helped make someone else's experience better.

And that deserves recognition.

Because no event is ever the work of one person.

No matter how good the concept is, it needs people to bring it to life.

No matter how beautiful the design is, it needs people to build it.

No matter how carefully the plan is prepared, it needs people who are willing to execute it.

And no matter how successful the event becomes, we should never forget the people who made it possible.

Every event is built by people.
Every role matters.
Every contribution counts.

So this is not just a post about IDs or team members.

It is a small reminder to appreciate the people beside usโ€”the people who help, teach, guide, carry, encourage, and grow with us.

Because behind every event worth rememberingโ€ฆ

there are people worth remembering, too.

To every marshal, volunteer, staff member, supplier, partner, coordinator, production crew, and core team member:

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for doing your part.
And thank you for growing with us.
