TATAK REGION 3, TATAK MAHUSAY: Ten Higher Education Institutions in Central Luzon shine in Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office 3 is proud to announce that ten(10) public higher education institutions from Central Luzon have made it to the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025. A total of 121 Philippine institutions were recognized globally for their commitment to sustainable development in higher education.

GOODBYE DHVSU, HELLO PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY! A NEW ERA BEGINS FOR PAMPANGEÑOS!

PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY LAW ENACTED, SAN FERNANDO CAMPUS GAINS AUTONOMY

The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has officially been renamed Pampanga State University following the enactment of a new law. Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Gonzales Jr. hailed this development, noting that it not only marks a significant milestone for the province but also grants the university’s City of San Fernando campus regular status with fiscal autonomy.
