With this year’s theme, , "Peruland All Natural" continues committed to making a 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵 through our unique products.

🗼Oh, Japan! What a memorable trip in my mind. Do you remember back in 2016 in Japan, when we shared our business tale with your clients and fellow enthusiasts? Since 2010, we've proudly conducted business between Peru and Japan.

The joy of sharing about my country 🇵🇪, showcasing the skilled artisans 👨‍🦱🧶 and sharing their stories. Those moments are in my heart forever!

Times are not easy, especially now. But even when business gets tough, our desire to continue working "together" does not diminish.

For it, mutual respect and trust are key 🤝 recognizing each other not just as "client/ supplier" but as partners bringing value beyond products. This is how we see you.

👉 opens unique trading opportunities and builds lasting relationships. For those moments when - as in life - there are summers, winters but there will also be springs!

The first photo is my favorite. Meeting you in person for the first time was unforgettable, breaking the Japanese formalities with a warm Peruvian hug - my Latin roots took over me 🫂.

🥰 Dear Frieda, thank you to Barbosa Fair Trade, for making it possible for the more than 300 children of the "Libertad de America" ​​elementary school in Quinua to receive a gift for Christmas.

The business based on Fair Trade, which we shared for years, was also a mean.

To brighten the hearts and faces of children, and fill our hearts. Our heart is full, thank you for that 🫂.

Maybe because the motto of your life is: "LET'S GO FOR MORE"💪, or because you taught me to go through fears while I felt safe with your protection🫂 or,

Simply because I know the man "behind the image" and that he can be as sweet as a marshmallow... I don't know but I admire and love you😘.

Today is my 9th year at PeruModa and it has several meanings for me:

🗓 It begins the 9th year since I decided to leave the comfort I felt at IBM and "learn" to love uncertainty.

And back then, you dad, far from criticizing me, you supported me by telling me that if I was sure of my decision then you only asked me for one thing: "A lot of patience because results in business don't happen overnight"✨️.

I have that and so many things to thank you for 🙏.

🌟I dedicate this PeruModa to you dad, because I took your dream of forming a great company of and for the artisans of Peru and made it mine.

The dream became mine, I nurtured it and I will make it grow❤.

My commitment is to myself, my parents and all the wonderful artisans that I work with 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️.

Thanks to the work we did, with "Barbosa Fair Trade" company from Holland, we have been fortunate for 5 years to celebrate Christmas with the children of the elementary school in "Quinua" town (which is the same school where the founder of our company studied)

❤ Today, we want to share great news with you! Our company is recognized by Adex (Association of Exporters) as the SME COMPANY of 2021, for our good fair commercial practice, which seeks that our decisions take care of: Collaborators, artisans, environment, society and our cultural tradition, using materials and fibers natural; that preserve the traditional art of hand weaving. We are very happy 😊.

We extend this award to each of us who work in the administrative and creative part and for each of the artisan men and women who work with us, this is possible thanks to the efforts of all.

Our hearts are broken that we have lost our dear friend and sister Zulma this morning. She represented the heart and soul of our community and movement. Across the world, there are many tears. In coming days, we will announce to WFTO members and the Fair Trade movement a way to contribute messages about Zulma to a message board for Zulma's family.
We grieve heavily, as a community, as a movement.
