We focus on creating strong healthy dancers who have reduced risk of injury & enjoy longer, more satifying careers in the dance industry. "you need to be fit to dance & dancing is great fitness!"
But, you dont have to be a dancer to join our classes. If your a preschooler, school student, parent, pregnant or postnatal, nursing an injury, a senior citizen, a working adult, male or female & you want

to have fun & be fit & healthy, there is a class for everyone! Bex is the studio director, dance teacher & fitness instructor. She has been police vetted, maintains a current CPR certificate is a fully qualified & registered

Happy new year!!! All conditioning classes restart this week - Tue & wed 530 @ inspire gym & thur 545 @ Glastonbury dance studio. Hope uv al had a good break, looking 4ward 2 seeing u soon! :)

massive WELL DONE to Brie, Saffron & Ishy today for completing their very 1st ballet exam!! im soooo proud of you & you should be very proud of what you have achieved today :) I love teaching you every week & its these moments that make ballet teachers love our jobs soooo much! most memorable moment today.... Saffron hugging the examiner goodbye! I bet that was the highlight of her week :) what a great day - fun classes next week :) ###

WE ARE MOVING!!! today is our last day at 17 Taupo Quay!
there is no BodyBalance tomorrow thur 1st Aug while we move.
Next week our new location & timetable begins (see foto album, studio information for a copy of timetable)
During Aug there is only Grade 5 & Pre-Primary Ballet & 1 BodyBalance (Thur 545-645pm) while my dancers train for exams.
from Sep we will add a 2nd BodyBalance (Mon 530-630pm)
I know some of you cant make it to the new days/times & im sorry for that, I had to work with the available space & tried to keep times as unchanged as possible.... should another 530pm time slot come up il take it :)

last minute class cancelation!! no preschool ballet today due to a sick baby! sorry for the late notice but had to take the only available dr appointment... all classes as normal after 3pm today

let us know what u loved about it :)
note - next week, wed night bodybalance will change from 7pm to 530pm! thats Wed 26th june... slightly less cold & dark & hopefully this new time will suit more of u :)

Its time to launch a new BODYBALANCE release again!!! we are launching BODYBALANCE 61 next week 17-20th June! all participants who come to a class next week will recieve a free pass for you & a friend to use next time you come :)
