Vocal FX

Welcome to Vocal FX! We are a mixed-voice acapella chorus from Wellington, New Zealand. We rehearse Thursdays 7pm every week at Tawa College, all are welcome!

We sing a variety of genres in the barbershop style, including pop, funk, and choral.

1) Howat-Nation is only TEN DAYS AWAYYY! always a fun one to support and show up for our incredible quarters across all levels of experience, it's gonna be a lovely time and we can't wait to see you all there
2) The Anuual Vocal FX Quiz Night is upon us! This one's for everyone, whether they even know what barbershop is or not, but wanna have a fun night and support the team, grab a team together and get ready for some (mostly friendly) competition!

Thank you so much to Bishop Viard College for inviting us to perform last night, to raise money for NIU choir to travel to Sydney! It was a fantastic evening, with incredible quartet and chorus performances (shout out always to ), and we are so stoked to be a part of the fundraising journey!
Best of luck NIU leading up to July!!

Aaaaand we're back!

We are currently in the process of rescheduling Howat-Nation, but before we confirm anything in that department, we actually have a super awesome fundraiser coming up super soon, that we would love you all to come along and support!
