Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Embassy Theatre

We are deeply saddened to hear of Tim Curry’s passing. He meant so much to all of us at The Embassy, and his portrayal of Dr. Frank-N-Furter captivated us in a way that very few film or TV characters have before or since. For so many people, Frank-N-Furter made it okay to be the truest form of ourselves, even if just for a few hours.

Though to us he’s Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Tim brought to life many of the most unique, crazy, and memorable characters put to screen. He could be charming, terrifying, hilarious, wild and untamed. Utterly mesmerising in every role, Tim was a one of a kind talent and an absolute treasure.

It is an honour for us to share The Rocky Horror Picture Show with you all every year, we are so grateful you cherish it as much as we do.

Rest easy Tim, you’ve earned it.
