We built miniatures!
Using cardboard, tin foil, and a whole heap of scrap pieces, we built four miniatures for the opening credits of our show "NowHere Hostel."

Creepy Al, the Creepy Guest
The eyes and ears of the hostel, Creepy Al never speaks and is always holding a plant which he likes to pet. Legend has it he used to be an accountant until he went crazy and moved into the hostel. When Zaffa is not at the reception, he likes to bite unsuspecting backpackers.

Nui, the Restless Rover.
Founder of the hostel, Nui does not like making eye-contact with people, talking to people, nor dealing with people, which makes it a hard business to run. Often mistaken as a ghost, she glides through the hostel’s ever-expanding corridors in search of peace and quiet. She is considering selling the hostel to move on to bigger and better projects.

Zaffa, the Weary Wanderer
A poet full of talent, Zaffa lost his way somewhere along the road and has not written a verse in years. Instead, he spends most of his days drinking at the hostel and telling wild travel stories to a crowd of admiring backpackers. Zaffa vows he will only return home once he has become a published poet; he has been living at the NowHere hostel for years.
