A NEW SEASON. NEW GOALS. NEW ADVENTURES.

With a new competition season getting underway, it’s time to wish all of the Equine Mementos Ambassadors the very best of luck for the months ahead!

They’ve all been putting in the hard work during the off season — training, preparing and getting themselves and their horses ready for what lies ahead.

And while they may all be heading into the new season with different goals, different horses and different dreams, they have one thing in common — they’re all ready to get out there and give it their best.

Some are chasing results.
Some are working towards personal goals.
Some are stepping up to new challenges.
And for others, it’s simply about enjoying the journey with their horses.

Whatever the goal, I’ll be cheering them all on from the sidelines!

SPRINGSTON TROPHY — I’LL SEE YOU THERE!

Equine Mementos is heading to Springston Trophy this Friday and Saturday as a sponsor, and I’ll have my trade stall set up for those two days (not on Sunday unfortunately).

Come along and say hello, have a look through the range of horsehair keepsakes and jewellery, and see some of the ways your horse’s hair can be turned into something truly special.

And if you have some precious horse hair at home that you’ve been meaning to do something with, bring it along with you! You’re very welcome to drop it off with me and we can talk about what might suit you and your horse.

I’ve just got home from the South Island Interschools Equestrian Event, and I’m feeling incredibly humbled.

So many people came into my trade stall over the last couple of days and asked “How did you get on?” — and then told me they had voted for Equine Mementos in the People’s Choice Award.

That meant so much to me.

Equine Mementos was Runner Up in the 2026 People’s Choice Award. 🥈

But really, this isn’t my award.

It’s ours.

It belongs to every person who voted.
Every person who shared the voting link.
Every client who has supported me.
Every person who has recommended Equine Mementos to someone else.
And every one of you who cheers me on.

I am just one person in this little business — but I have an amazing team of people around me.

And it is pretty special to see what a small business can achieve when it has loyal clients and passionate people behind it.
