Whether you are returning to the stage or joining us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming singers from across Aotearoa and beyond.

Big news for our 80th year!

For decades the New Zealand Aria has been launching careers, creating lifelong friendships and celebrating extraordinary vocal talent.

As we celebrate this milestone, we're excited to announce that our much loved Celebration of Song is becoming the 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠.

The new name better reflects the incredible range of classes now on offer including Art Song, Lieder, Oratorio, Folk Song, New Zealand Art Song, Waiata and Musical Theatre. Whether you're an experienced performer or entering for the first time, there's a place for you at this year's Festival of Song.

The Syllabus will be available 1 September and entries will open 17 September.

Scholarship applications close 30 June for the Geyser Vocal Development Fund and the Andrew and Sharon Welch Fund

These scholarships support classical singers and artists from Rotorua and Taupo.
