Sparkly eyes, wet noses, and all those little features that make them uniquely them.

Alana was so much fun to draw, capturing the personality hidden in all that wispy black fur was a challenge I thoroughly enjoyed.

Meet Alana🖤

This beauty recently made her way across my drawing board.

One of the biggest challenges with this portrait was capturing the depth and texture hidden within all that beautiful black fur. And, of course, making sure her little tongue made the final cut.

Something a little different... 🍄
A recent commissioned drawing of a very unusual fungi that the client had stumbled apon deep in the bush.

One of my favourite parts was capturing the different growth stages of each fungi. All the different textures and details made for an interesting challenge.

’Tis the season for these bold blue beauties.

They always feel slightly unreal when they appear, like something from another world, quietly pushing up through the forest floor.

I drew this one a while ago, but it feels fitting again now.
