Registrations are now open for The Salsa Lab!

I’m excited to announce that enrolments are now open for our first courses starting April 1st.

Our Salsa Foundations course is designed for complete beginners or dancers who want to strengthen their basics. We focus on the skills that make social dancing feel comfortable, connected, and enjoyable — building strong technique while keeping learning fun and welcoming.

I’ll also be running Salsa Body Lab, a short weekly session focused on stretching, body awareness, and isolations — a great way to develop movement skills that support your dancing.

If you’ve been thinking about trying salsa, this is a great time to start.

No partner required.
