It isn’t about being a professional dancer, it’s not even about the classes themselves. Bow is about taking your power back in your life. Because when we dance, the expression is so freeing. Bow creates that time and that space, for you to be you. To carry the confidence you build in classes into your life, take your power back, take up space in the room.
