Nature's artistry, reimagined in glass.

Inspired by the intricate patterns left behind as the tide retreats across Aotearoa's mudflats, Ebb & Flow is Lynden Over's interpretation of movement, texture, and the quiet beauty of the natural world. The soft ivory sky reflects his enduring connection to the Land of the Long White Cloud.

Handblown at Lava Glass Studio in Taupō, each piece is individually crafted, signed, and dated by Lynden, making every sculpture a truly original work of art.

Guess what Lynden was aiming to capture in this piece?

A tiny CO₂ molecule, frozen in molten glass. Not every experiment ends where you expect, but every one reveals something new.

A masterpiece of movement, colour, and place.

This extraordinary new large Ebb & Flow by master glass artist Lynden Over captures the ever-changing beauty of New Zealand's coastline. Inspired by the intricate patterns left behind on tidal mudflats and sands, the piece reflects the organic riverlets sculpted by retreating waters across the landscape.

The flow of colour throughout this work is simply breathtaking - layers of luminous tones shifting and merging through the glass, creating a sense of depth and motion that must be seen in person to be truly appreciated. A remarkable statement piece, both powerful and elegant.
