Big climbs and technical descents made for one challenging day as the world’s best fought for the XCO rainbow jersey 😤

Dario Lillo© continued his breakout season, leading the team across the line with a strong 7th place performance 💪

Jens Schuermans proves he found the missing piece from the first part of the season, putting in a solid ride of his own to grab 16th.

Neither Alan Hatherly nor Carter Woods had the day they were looking for, but that’s just how racing goes sometimes.

Time for a couple of weeks off, and then it’s off to North America to wrap up the 2026 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series!

In The Mix 💨

XCC World Champs provided the high-energy, bar-to-bar action we’ve come to expect, with three athletes making their way into the top fifteen 👊

Dario Lillo© was our top athlete, putting in a powerful performance in his first Elite World Champs race to finish 6th. Jens Schuermans was next across the line, continuing his rebuild process, battling from near 40th to finish a solid 9th. Carter Woods also put in a huge effort, making his way towards the front to cross the line in 13th. Alan Hatherly was 27th, not exactly what he was looking for, but his focus continues to lie on defending his XCO title on Sunday 👀
