Six months of blood, sweat, and tears all finished for the KBA girls on the 12th of October, where they performed for the first time as a team internationally at Melbourne Bhangra Cup!! 🇦🇺🦘🤩
12 girls in the team…
• 10 girls’ first urban bhangra comp
• 4 girls’ first time doing urban bhangra
• All of our first time representing Kohinoor Bhangra Academy internationally.
This competition pushed each and every girl to their full limits. Priorities were changed for bhangra, and the amount of time, energy, love, and hard work put into this set will never go unnoticed.😆 It brought out a creative side from each girl and brought the girls closer with their love for bhangra and this team.🥹🖤
The biggest thing we will forever be grateful for is the sisterhood that this group of 12 girls has created.👯♀️ The love we have for one another is beyond words, and the amount of compromises, understanding, feedback, and accountability we held with each other is what has made us stronger as a team.💪🏽 This bond is the reason why our team has grown so much, both individually and collectively. It’s more than just dance for us; it’s a connection, a shared passion, and a support system that will last far beyond this competition.
These past 6 months have been nothing but amazing, and that’s just the beginning. 👀🖤👑
