Some artworks found new homes today. It is truly delightful when people you dont know, see something familiar or attractive in your art that instantly bridges the gap between two total strangers.

Was also nice to clear some space to create more!

“I AM” and “Lucky” are now situated in their new homes with their respective owners. It is fascinating to observe how a piece that originated in my studio has adapted to its new environment. Art possesses a unique ability to establish connections between concepts and individuals, fostering relationships and unity…I am lucky!

How wonderful to bring together this wonderful woman with “I AM”. Every time a painting is sold it is a coming together of two stories, two lives at a given moment. Add in the fact that we are related and shared great coffee, cake and conversation and it is a real celebration.

“Still Shining”, inspiration comes from many places…the piece I have been working on over the last few nights now looks very different. All those layers of colour are still under there but yesterday a “fellow artist” made some awful comments on my page. The comments are gone but Im still painting 😊
