PURPOSE:

Empowerment and collaboration between women leaders and teen parents through building pathways, removing barriers through mentoring and cultural intelligence leadership experiences. Our equitable world :
∙ fosters collaborative relationships that are discrimination-free and caring;
∙ acknowledges I’m OK, you’re OK;
∙ enables unique voices to address all forms of barriers

and biases so that women may together attain social, environmental and economic justice. Our How:
Empower and resilient women, especially young women, who have clear goals and pathways for their future, and knowledge of the resources to help get them there;
Nurture compassionate and judgment-free relationships;
Foster strong, enterprising and safe communities;
Prepare and open mindset for a changing, diverse and unpredictable future;
Take genuine interest in someone unlike me;
Live local, think global, legacy future. Our annual programme:
Forums for local women leaders called Women Who Make The Calls;
Suitable and trained mentors;
Interactive, scheduled mentoring programme that includes 1:1 and group mentoring sessions;
Skills-building and relevant life building workshop;
Public fundraisers.
