“The instant I instinctively lowered my head, a strange flash of light engulfed my whole body”
-artist comments.

Today I visited Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial museum.

There were quite a few pieces on display by survivors of the tragic event that took place on 6th August 1945 at 8:15am.

The art work was incredible and in some cases quite horrifying as I’m sure was the experience of those who endured it.

I wasn’t comfortable taking too many photos but did snap this one.
