How to pose for BTS photes Pt I: AD edition

📋📋📋

1. Be in the fun team. But no smiling in ANY photos.
2. Look like sky is falling at all times and you are personally responsible.
3. Plead with DOP like you are negotiating your death row pardon.
4. Watch get excellent coverage. Don’t be in this photo, but look on and nod like Fletcher at the end of whiplash.
5. Apply fun filter to sell stress as ‘artsy’.
6. Throw hand in air like you just don’t care when finish. Great team. (Could always be better, but don’t tell them that.)

During Samhain the souls of those who had died were believed to return to visit their homes, and those who had died during the year were believed to journey to the otherworld.

To help frighten off evil spirits with music and lighting, we have enlisted the help of...

🕯️James Shera🕯️

James is a jack-o-all-trades when it comes to theatre. He has been involved in numerous aspects including performing on stage, lighting, sound, stage management, stage crew and more.

He enjoys them all and has an 'as long as it's in theatre, I'm happy' attitude. He has also worked as a Sound Assist on What Now which he enjoyed immensely.

James also hosts a podcast called Broadway and Other Kiwi Dreams, in which he interviews people in and around the Aotearoa performing arts industry. You can find it anywhere podcasts are streamed.
James' Halloween costume credits include: The Grim Reaper (2009) and Wednesday Addams (2024).
