PS5s pull in a huge amount of dust over time, especially when sitting inside entertainment units or running in dusty environments. The buildup blocks airflow through the heatsink and vents, causing higher temperatures, louder fan noise and random shutdowns.

This PS5 came in heavily clogged with dust throughout the heatsink, fan housing and ventilation channels. We also replaced the liquid metal to restore proper thermal transfer between the APU and heatsink.

Our PS5 service includes:

• Dust removal from heatsinks, fans and vents
• Liquid metal replacement
• Thermal performance inspection
• General health check

If your PS5 is running hot, sounding loud or shutting down during gaming, it may be overdue for a proper service.
